The past weekend was not tiring at all. Just eating, getting foot massages and driving around with my visiting friends. However, that was enough to exhaust me!
When I woke up this morning at 8 from a good night’s sleep, I already felt the need for an afternoon nap.
What does one need to do to get the body and mind back in shape after chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant? If food, massages and driving are actually exhausting the body?
